I work on the basis of £30 p/h with a free estimate given before any work commences. All waste carries an extra cost if it needs to be removed. Sometimes travel may be taken into consideration depending on distance and frequency of visit.

Additional costs might be for parking and materials used. For larger scale projects there may also be a preparatory fee.

All would be discussed to suit the client’s needs.
